English as a Second Language (ESL) is a study program made for nonnative speakers who want to be able to
think critically and communicate ideas clearly in English and demonstrate comprehension competence
in English.
At New Jersey English Center the ESL program is designed to be taught in small groups for each class so
that students receive individual attention from their teachers, accelerating the development of the
necessary skills to achieve the objectives of the course.
Another important part of the program is that students participate in cultural and social activities, where they are able to put into practice everything learn in classes.
In New Jersey English Center all programs develop the following skills:
10 Modern classrooms
Student Lounge
Student Computer Lab
Free WIFI
Study Library
Free Refreshments
Those who come to the United States on a tourist visa: B1/B2, can legally study in the U.S. if the course is for a non-degree program and less than full time. N.J.E.C. offers semi-intensive ESL training for these visitors.
Our semi intensive ESL program allows visitors to enhance their trip to America by participating in learning the American English language and culture. We offer morning courses which allow visitors the afternoon to visit New Jersey.
